Waiting time was very short, staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Grinder is very frank and to the point, which is appreciated. Dr grondel is straight to the point and very informative. Had an appointment for a shoulder surgery and then had an unfortunate work accident and broke my leg/ankle. Asked him to please help with that first and he got me in for surgery the same day as my appointment. Very prompt.

What a patient and informative doctor Dr. Grondel is. He spent an appropriate amount of time to help me with my shoulder and explained what tests were needed, so he can determine the direction to proceed with. He was also my sisters doctor who did surgery on her shoulder. She has had virtually no issues with the surgery and the pain has been minimal. She is healing amazingly well. She did have an unfortunate issue with the physical therapist. Dr. Grondel rearranged his schedule and had her come in to check her shoulder and discuss her options with her. He was absolutely amazing! Patient, caring and thorough. He explained why he gives therapists strict instructions and what issues need to be remedied, in order, for her to get the best out of her surgery. His skills are right up there with the best of the best. I highly recommend.
